Ruedi and Lucie Felber-Razanatsoa, founders and owners of MadaPlusTRAVEL, met over 40 years ago in Morondava on Madagascar’s west coast. Their deep connection with the island, its culture, and its people forms the heart of every individually planned journey.
Ruedi, a forest engineer and graduate of ETH Zurich, worked for Swiss development cooperation in Honduras, Mali, and Vietnam, and later for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Chad. During his seven years in Madagascar, he led a major reforestation and rural development project, contributing significantly to improving the living conditions of local communities.
Lucie, born in Madagascar, shares Ruedi’s passion for responsible, authentic, and culturally grounded tourism. Together, they use their expertise and local network to offer tailor-made, safe, and deeply rooted travel experiences in Madagascar.
