Ruedi is a forest engineer and a graduate of ETH Zurich, and lived in Madagascar for seven years. Lucie was born and grew up there. That combination is where the difference comes from: a journey prepared to Swiss standards, and a local network grown over decades that no catalogue operator can match.

4. Looked after – before, during and after your journey
For us, your journey does not end with the booking confirmation. On the road you travel in an air-conditioned vehicle with an experienced driver, stay in hotels and lodges we know personally, and travel at a pace that leaves time for encounters.
So that you stay connected along the way, mobile WiFi in the vehicle is part of our standard – free of charge, for everyone travelling with you. Throughout the journey we are available on WhatsApp, and in an emergency you can reach us around the clock. We advise you in English, German or French.
